01About these terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to everyone who visits nsitengi.in (the “Website”), registers for, or pays for, any event of the Nehru Science Innovation and Technology Expo 2026 (“NSITE”). NSITE is organised by Nehru Group of Institutions (“NGI”). The Website is designed, developed, hosted and maintained by Planets Development (“we”, “us”, “our”), the authorised operator of the Website.

By using the Website, creating a registration or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy, our Refund & cancellation policy and our Shipping & delivery policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

02Who operates this website

Planets Development, 1C, Block 1, Devdatham Biennale, Thrissur 680012, Kerala, India, operates the Website with the full authorisation of the NSITE organising committee of NGI. Planets Development is responsible for the Website, its content management, the registration and ticketing system, the collection of online payments, refunds and customer support for online transactions.

The organisation of the events themselves (event content, judging, prizes, schedules and venues) is carried out by the NSITE organising committee of NGI.

03Services offered

Through the Website you can read about NSITE 2026, register for events and competitions (for example the Science Talent Search for school students and the Next Gen Expo for college students), pay registration fees where a fee applies, and receive e-tickets and participation certificates. Some events are free to register for.

04Eligibility and registration

• Eligibility for each event is set by the NSITE organising committee and is shown on the event page.
• You must give true, complete and up-to-date details (name, email, phone number, institution and any team details). Registrations with false details may be cancelled.
• Participants under 18 must register with the knowledge and consent of a parent, guardian or their school/college.
• You are responsible for keeping your e-ticket and ticket code safe. Anyone presenting a valid ticket may be admitted.

05Fees, pricing and payment

• All fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the event page before you pay, inclusive of applicable taxes. Where a payment-gateway convenience fee applies, it is shown separately before payment.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
• A registration is confirmed only after the payment is successfully received. You will then receive an e-ticket by email (see the Shipping & delivery policy).
• If money is debited but no confirmation reaches you, do not pay again: contact us with your payment reference and we will confirm the registration or refund the amount.
• Fees may differ between events and may change before you pay; the price shown at the time of payment applies to your registration.

06Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled by us as described in the Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07Event changes

The NSITE organising committee may change event details, schedules, venues, rules or eligibility when needed. If an event you paid for is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund as set out in the Refund & cancellation policy.

08Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Website: no fraudulent registrations or payments, no attempts to hack, overload or interfere with the Website, and no unlawful, offensive or misleading content. At the event, all participants must follow the instructions of the organisers and the Code of conduct. Registrations may be cancelled without refund for serious violations.

09Intellectual property

The NSITE name, logos, event content, photos and videos belong to NGI or their licensors. The design, layout, software and code of the Website are the work of Planets Development. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Website without written permission. Projects and entries submitted to NSITE remain the property of the participants, who allow NSITE to display and promote them as part of the event.

10Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate, secure and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, neither we nor NGI are liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website. Our total liability for any payment made on the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the registration concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint quickly (see Contact us). Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its “Last updated” date. Changes do not affect payments already made.
