The website nsitengi.in, including its event registration, ticketing and online payment system, is designed, developed, hosted and maintained by Planets Development.
Planets Development is fully authorised by the NSITE organising committee of Nehru Group of Institutions (NGI) to operate this website and to collect registration fees online on its behalf, and takes full responsibility for the website, its online payments, refunds and customer support for every transaction made on it.

Refunds are processed by Planets Development, the authorised operator of this Website, which collects registration fees online on behalf of the NSITE organising committee of Nehru Group of Institutions.
02How to cancel or request a refund
- Email info@planetsdevelopment.com (copy nsitengi@gmail.com) from the email address used to register, or call +91 99466 31851.
- Include your name, the event name, your ticket code and the Razorpay payment reference (shown in your confirmation email and Razorpay receipt).
- We confirm receipt within 2 working days and tell you whether the refund is approved.
03Refund timeline
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval.
- The money is returned to the original payment method (the same card, UPI account, bank account or wallet) through Razorpay. It normally reaches you within 5–7 working days after it is initiated, depending on your bank.
- If an event is cancelled by the organisers, refunds are initiated automatically to all paid participants within 7 working days of the announcement; you do not need to apply.
- Failed payments where money was debited are usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with the payment reference.
04Transfers and changes
If you cannot attend, you may ask us to transfer your registration to another eligible participant (for example someone from the same institution) up to 3 days before the event, at no extra cost. Team members can be changed in the same way.
05Postponement or change of venue
If an event is postponed or moved, your registration stays valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend the new date, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the change being announced.
06Free events
Free registrations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us; no payment is involved.
